Gordon W. Odell, Jr.

Gordon W. Odell, Jr. is a graduate of Golden Gate University School of Law in San Francisco.  He was first admitted in California in 1985, where the focus of his practice was personal injury and insurance defense litigation.  He came to Alabama in 2000 to serve as Assistant General Counsel for Civil Air Patrol (CAP) at Maxwell Air Force Base.  He served as CAP’s General Counsel from 2005 to 2008.  Mr. Odell was admitted to practice in Alabama in 2004 and was certified as a guardian ad litem in 2009 when he began his practice solo practice in Montgomery.  He has been successful in criminal and civil appeals. His practice is focused in civil law, with a focus on probate, estate planning, contracts, and real estate law. engagement.
